WHAT’S BREWING IN THIS ROLE...This is a hands-on, foundational Sales Operations role that will stand up the forecasting, retail operations, reporting, and planning infrastructure for the packaged retail business.
The role is currently anchored in Walmart support and is designed to evolve into the function, and eventually the team, that supports the longer-range plan.
You will own the operating cadence across forecasting, account operations, reporting, planning, business reviews, and cross-functional execution.
THE FLAVOR YOU ADD...- You bring the structure and analytical discipline needed to build a sales operations function from the ground up.
- You turn messy commercial, supply, and financial inputs into clear forecasts, dashboards, and action-oriented recommendations.
- You help keep customers, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Order Processing aligned so the business can grow without losing control of execution.
- You operate with calm urgency, handle ambiguity well, and can move between strategic planning and hands‑on problem solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field required.
- 5+ years in sales operations, demand/customer planning, business operations, or a related analytical role within CPG.
- Experience leading commercial planning, forecasting, performance management, and operational processes that support growth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior retail support experience preferred, with Walmart strongly preferred.
- Understanding of retailer, distributor, and broker ecosystems in CPG preferred.
- Demand forecasting and scenario planning

- CPG industry knowledge and commercial judgment
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high-growth environments
