Sr. Analyst Food service Revenue Growth Management
This position will be a critical part of the Food service Revenue Growth Management team and will support customer and category pricing margin activities and analytical insights to achieve business goals. This role will help identify and develop pricing strategies build sales analytics and enhance operational support to facilitate decisions. The Sr. Analyst will work closely with BU and sales teams to understand the go-to-market strategy around key categories of the portfolio.
Also includes providing ad-hoc reports analysis to support sales initiatives and outline customer value proposition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly pricing for operator accounts.
- Develop customer and product specific profit and loss statements for new business opportunities and promotions.
- Analyze promotional spending from a category and customer perspective.
- Partner with sales teams to communicate pricing actions resolve pricing issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Enter program into Vistex to ensure correct customer pricing.
- Monitor weekly deduction balances and work cross-functionally to reduce balance.
- Quantify and track trade synergies and spend efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain reports for the team to drive efficiencies across the group
- Develop and share best practices.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with cross-functional project teams that include Trade and Customer Pricing, R D, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing functional
Requirements:
Education/
Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or business related field, preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience:
2 year's experience in accounting, finance, economics, or other business-related fields.
Communication
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills; good presentation skills
Computer
Skills:
Excellent analytical skills with sound expertise in financial modeling and analysis. Strong systems and spreadsheet skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Vistex, Blacksmith
Supervisory: N/A
Travel:
Limited travel expectations (1 – 2 trips annually)
This position will sit full time on site at our World Headquarters in Springdale, Arkansas. Local candidates to Northwest Arkansas will be given priority.
