** Responsibilities
* ** Install and repair concrete structures such as manholes, catch basins, and drainage systems according to project specifications
* Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
* Prepare work sites, including excavation, grading, and alignment for structures
* Pour and spread concrete to the required thickness and consistency
* Perform quality checks to confirm proper installation and structural integrity
* Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear as required
* Communicate regularly with other crew members and subcontractors to ensure that work is completed on schedule and within budget
* Develop and maintain relationships with crew members and subcontractors to ensure that they are aware of project schedules and deadlines
* Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction projects
* Other duties as assigned#
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or equivalent
* 5+ years of experience in concrete installation, manhole construction, and underground utility work.
* Proven ability to work with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze project data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
* Experience with government contracts and compliance is a plus
