Construction Manager/ Foreman
Position Summary
The primary responsibility is to assist the Superintendent with the management of the job site as it relates to the daily construction while providing excellent customer service. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling and supervising job site subcontractors, quality control, inspections, and enforcing safety standards.

Responsibilities- Support the Superintendent in monitoring job progress onsite,ensuring compliance with contract documents, the Quality Control Program,and Safety protocols.
- Execute the project plans and schedules.
- Develop andmaintaingood rapport with subcontractors andowners.
- Execute company policies and enforceuniformity on construction methods to ensure compliance with

Buildersquality standards. - Assists Superintendent in scheduling of subcontractors.
- Inthe absenceofa
Superintendent,makesure all schedules, policies, and guidelines are maintained. - Ability toutilize
Construction applications such as Procoreon a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
- EITHER 3 years of industry experience OR 2–4-year college degree
- Basic understanding of site safety, OSHA certification a plus
- Experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Project, One Note, and Outlook
- Experience with software platforms such as Procore
- Ability to accurately read plans and communicate construction information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships including subcontractors to owners
- Must have vehicle
- Must be willing to travelas needed
- Must be willing to pass a pre-screen background check including drug testing
