Job Description

As the Senior Estimator, you will work closely with senior operational leadership and Project Managers to deliver accurate, competitive estimates across a diverse commercial portfolio.

• Lead the preparation of detailed estimates for commercial and multifamily new build projects
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers during bid and preconstruction phases
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to develop comprehensive pricing
• Solicit, analyse, and level subcontractor and supplier bids
• Identify cost risks, assumptions, and value-engineering opportunities
• Support the long-term development and structure of the Preconstruction function
• Contribute to a professional, accountable, office-based estimating environment

For the Senior Estimator, we are seeking:

• 7-10 years of experience in commercial construction estimating
• No residential estimating background
• Proven experience across commercial and/or multifamily new build projects
• Ability to operate independently from day one
• Strong communication skills with a hands-on, accountable approach
• Experience working alongside Project Management teams within a General Contractor environment
• A practical, down-to-earth personality aligned with a close-knit, family-oriented culture
