• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Manage the project from start to finish
• Deliver and balance multiple tasks with a self-starting attitude
• Provide strong communication with clients and team members

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• A self-starting attitude; be a go-getter
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable transportation; may require carrying a ladder
• Company trucks may be available for use during business hours
• Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file
• Cell phone and willingness to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder, lift 50 lbs, and walk on a roof
• Strong communication skills; goal-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks

• 1099 commission-based position; average compensation $70,000 - $150,000 per year, with top performers earning more
