What You'll Do:

* Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of roofing professionals

* Develop and execute market penetration strategies in the NWA area

* Ensure exceptional customer service and quality workmanship standards

* Manage team performance, safety protocols, and professional development

* Build relationships with local suppliers, contractors, and community leaders

Requirements

What We're Looking For:
