Our client specializes in world-class engineering solutions for advanced composites and engineered resins across multiple industries. They tackle complex design and manufacturing challenges with innovative thinking and cutting-edge technology.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key point of contact for our client’s customers, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional support. Your role will include:

• Managing incoming customer requests via phone, fax, and email.
• Processing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries per customer schedules (within 24 hours of receipt).
• Providing timely and proactive updates to customers (within 24 hours of inquiry).
• Handling emergency shipments as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Exceptional time management and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
