Call Center Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Springdale, AR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide information as needed.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding customers through solutions.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and basic software applications.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
