Summary
This position is responsible for assisting Sales Account Managers with large volume retail service accounts of beef and pork.
Responsibilities include:
entering and processing all types of customer orders accurately; entering and maintaining price lists; checking and confirming order fill and changes with customer; accurately maintaining customized customer process lists; tracking deliveries by working with our customer service department and relaying pertinent information; aiding in completing various management performance reports; handling field calls from customers and obtaining necessary information for the manager to address;
cross training with other Sales Administrators and filling in when absent; managing all incoming calls. The position will interact with outlying departments including, but not limited to, claims, scheduling, transportation, pricing, production, quality assurance and credit. The person is responsible for building strong relationships with both internal and external customers and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years in a business environment; preferably Distribution Customer Service.
- Computer
Skills:
Basic MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Tyson Business Computer System preferred. - Communication

Good verbal and written communication skills. - Special

Ability to set priorities, evaluate results, coordinate with others, exhibit good judgment, teamwork, strong work ethic; professional demeanor and phone etiquette; highly motivated, detail-oriented, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
