SUMMARY
Seeking a detail oriented, customer centric Fresh Meats Customer Claims Administrator to join our customer facing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving quality issues related to products, pricing discrepancies, and shipping concerns. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of claims, enhance customer satisfaction, and uphold the company’s commitment to quality and service excellence.
Job DescriptionSeeking a detail oriented, customer centric Fresh Meats Customer Claims Administrator to join our customer facing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving quality issues related to products, pricing discrepancies, and shipping concerns. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of claims, enhance customer satisfaction, and uphold the company’s commitment to quality and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Timely processing of customer claims related to product quality, pricing discrepancies, and shipping related issues.
- Investigate and resolve claims by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate and partner with stakeholders to gather necessary information, provide updates, and ensure resolution of outstanding issues.
- Maintain accurate records of claims, resolutions, and customer interactions.
- Analyze claim trends to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to prevent future occurrences.
- Prepare actionable reports on various claim resolution types.
- Provide top tier customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and timely.
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Some post-secondary education in general office and clerical skills preferred. - Experience:
3 plus years of office experience. - Computer
Skills:
Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office are essential. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal written English communication skills. - Special
Skills:
Available one Saturday a month for close. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to multi-task prioritizes tasks and possess extensive organizational skills are necessary in this position. - Supervisory: NA
