Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.
- Previous call center experience required
- Experience scheduling patients for medical appointments required
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency required
- Experience with eClinical
Works preferred - Experience using other Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems preferred
- Fluent Spanish and/or Marshallese language skills strongly preferred
- Answer incoming calls in a fast-paced call center environment
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments using the eClinical
Works EHR system - Route calls to the appropriate departments and providers
- Provide professional customer service to patients and callers
- Accurately enter and update patient information
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
- Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
- Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
