Structural BIM Technician/Designer

Position Overview

Cromwell Architects Engineers is seeking a Structural BIM Technician/Designer for our Springdale, AR location. Candidates should have good communication skills, be well organized, and have the ability to work in a flexible environment. Qualified candidates will have at least a 2-year degree in drafting technology and 5 years of experience in structural drafting, architectural drafting, or steel detailing, and be able to fulfill essential job functions, as listed below.

What to Expect

This position is best suited to individuals who are proficient in using Revit to produce detailed structural drawings and are efficient in coordinating project designs with engineers, architects, and other design professionals.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Produce detailed structural drawings using Revit
• Coordinate designs with engineers, architects, and other design professionals

Minimum Requirements

• 2-year degree in drafting technology
• 5 or more years of experience in structural drafting, architectural drafting, or steel detailing
• Knowledge and experience in Revit
• Ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate on a project's design
