• 4.5-day work week: 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Thursday, half day Friday
• 18 - 22 patients per day in outpatient family practice
• Experienced physicians or those with leadership experience preferred
• Extensive primary care system with collaborative team approach
• Shortage area stipend available for qualified candidates
