Position Overview
HPA Healthcare is seeking Pediatric Anesthesiologists with current neonatal anesthesia experience for a premium locum tenens opportunity in Arkansas beginning October 19, 2026.
Provider Pay: $380/hour Pay Ranking:Highly Competitive for the Little Rock Market
This is an attractive opportunity for fellowship-trained Pediatric Anesthesiologists seeking predictable weekday coverage with no call, no nights, and no weekends.
Physicians will practice independently within a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center and provide anesthesia across a broad range of pediatric surgical subspecialties.
Assignment Highlights- Pay: $380/hour
- Overtime: $418/hour
- Start:
October 19, 2026 - 13-week initial assignment

- Monday–Friday days
- No call
- No nights
- No weekends
- Minimum availability preferred: 1 week/month
