- Partner with school counselors (Enlistment) and work-based learning facilitators (Employment) as part of the Empowerment Team to create integrated support for students.
- Partner with the identified Point of Contact (POC) at feeder middle schools and junior highs for consultation and collaboration.
- Work with district leadership to align course offerings with legislative requirements and ensure coherence of academic pathways.
- Support district initiatives such as the S'DALE T.I.P. program for high-achieving students and interventions for first-generation college-bound students.
- Contribute to program evaluation by tracking student outcomes and supporting district goals, including:
- Increasing graduates earning a Diploma with Merit/Distinction by 2027.
- Expanding National Merit and ACT success through early identification and enrichment strategies.
- Organize and lead post-secondary readiness events such as college and career fairs, parent nights, workshops, and boot camps.
