Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes.
  • Assist the lead teacher in implementing weekly lessons.
  • Provide a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment for children.
  • Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Child Development Associate is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of previous experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
  • Ability to help implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
  • Develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members.
  • Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multitasking to ensure smooth school operations.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. when handling children; infants must be liftable into/out of a crib.
  • Meets background check eligibility.
