Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Process Engineering Manager to join our innovative engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional to own the Surface Mount Technology process in our cutting‑edge circuit board plant.

• Lead and manage process improvement projects to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes by studying product requirements.
• Apply knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Identify, propose, and implement capital expenditures (Cap Ex) projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure that processes align with the overall company objectives.
• Implement testing procedures and manage the documentation to ensure that all processes meet the company's quality standards.
• Oversee facilities management, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and adhere to safety standards.
• Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and increase efficiency.
• Manage a small team of Facilities Techs to ensure operation is running safely and efficiently.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required. A Master's degree or MBA will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering/manufacturing industry, preferably aerospace.
• Expertise and ability to own Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement techniques and methodologies.
• Must have demonstrated experience leading teams.
• Facilities management experience is a must.
• Cap Ex experience is a must.
