Our client, a rapidly growing General Contractor specializing in mission-critical construction, is seeking experienced Electrical and Mechanical QA/QC Leads and CX Professionals to join a major hyperscale data center project in Arkansas.

- Mechanical QA/QC Lead
- Electrical Commissioning Lead
- Mechanical Commissioning Lead
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes throughout construction and commissioning phases
- Review and manage inspection and test plans (ITPs), checklists, and turnover documentation
- Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and client teams to ensure systems are delivered to the highest standards
- Lead system inspections, testing, and issue resolution activities
- Drive successful project turnover and commissioning milestones
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements
- Support the delivery of critical MEP infrastructure including power distribution, cooling systems, generators, UPS systems, switch gear, and associated mission-critical equipment
- Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and commissioning processes
- Experience managing MEP systems through construction, testing, and turnover phases
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
- Data center experience is highly desirable
- Long-term project pipeline with future opportunities across multiple states
