We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading client projects and ensuring the successful delivery of immersive experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VR gaming, artistic collaborations, and client management.

• Lead and manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance on immersive technology solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including designers, developers, and artists to create innovative VR and AR experiences.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure that project goals align with the company’s strategic objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the VR, gaming, or tech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading client projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of VR gaming technologies and artistic collaboration processes.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
