Finance and Accounting Manager

We are on a mission to enable our clients to securely store and easily access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. The team is growing fast. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing accounting functions, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, taxation, and compliance to support business growth and ensure financial stability. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and other applicable financial reporting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.

• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records through effective internal controls.
• Coordinate and manage external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on tax laws, corporate regulations, and industry financial trends.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
• Conduct financial modeling and investment analysis to support business expansion.
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize financial performance.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence processes if applicable.

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to enhance skills and efficiency.
• Establish financial policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial alignment and strategy execution.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2-4 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, tax regulations, and financial management systems.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Xero or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
