Position:
Finance and Accounting Intern

• Monthly close activities
• Reporting
• Projections
• Annual budgets (AOP)

Education
• Finance or Accounting major required.
• Incoming junior, senior, or MBA with at least one year of school remaining.
Experience
• Previous work experience preferred; experience related to internship function strongly preferred (e.g., exposure to industry‑standard tools, systems, or workflows).
Communication & Professional Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information clearly.
• Professional, collaborative, and able to work effectively with cross‑functional partners.
• Demonstrated reliability, responsiveness to feedback, and strong attention to detail.
Technical & Analytical Skills
• Strong computer proficiency, including Excel; familiarity with Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn new technologies or discipline‑relevant systems quickly.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Work Behaviors
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Work Hours
• Available for 40 hours per week in summer; up to 20 hours per week during the school year.
