Finance Manager – Prepared Foods Supply Chain Finance
The Finance Manager is a leading role within the Finance organization, part of the Prepared Foods Supply Chain Finance group. The role drives operational excellence by helping Operations and BU leadership optimize working capital and achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include demonstrating understanding of key operational and working capital metrics, providing value-added analyses, and assisting leadership in identifying and executing initiatives.
Responsibilities- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements across inventory management and capital deployment activities.
- Create value-added reporting tools to provide leadership with clear and concise visibility into working capital and progress towards stated goals.
- Provide and present insights to leadership to aid decision making and optimize working capital performance.
- Assist plant operations teams and engineering in the capital project management process within Anaplan.
- Manage analysis of capital project financial measures, including revenue and cost improvement drivers and post-audit activities.
- Assist in managing asset lifecycle processes, including audit activities and identification of potential impairment/write‑off risks.
- Develop monthly and annual forecasts related to working capital, depreciation, and project expense.
- Partner with operations and BU teams on ad‑hoc initiatives and requests related to working capital and cost savings.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP BI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
- Experience managing financial processes, reporting, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to drive process improvement and optimize financial performance, especially in relation to working capital and inventory management.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and develop a team in a fast‑paced environment.
