• Build and grow strong customer relationships through exceptional service and trusted advice
• Identify lending needs and recommend solutions that fit each customer’s goals
• Originate, analyze, and manage loan requests while maintaining sound lending practices
• Review financial information, credit, and collateral to make informed lending decisions
• Partner with customers throughout the loan process, creating a smooth and positive experience
• Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish
• Grow business through networking, community involvement, and relationship development
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Stay current on lending regulations, compliance, and bank policies

• Previous lending experience with a strong understanding of credit and underwriting
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred
• A relationship-first mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance business development with sound lending decisions
• Self-motivation, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude
