DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Springdale team.
Position SummaryThe Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs for patients recovering from workplace injuries or physical conditions that impact mobility and work performance. You’ll collaborate closely with providers, medical assistants, and rehabilitation staff to deliver high‑quality therapeutic care while supporting safe return‑to‑work outcomes.
What You'll Do- Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide patient‑centered rehabilitative care for musculoskeletal and work‑related injuries.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on response and functional outcomes.
- Document treatments, evaluations, and patient status within the EMR accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with clinic providers to support return‑to‑work pathways and functional capacity.
- Educate patients on movement safety, recovery strategies, and self‑management techniques.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in every patient interaction.
- Travel regularly between Springdale and Rogers clinics based on scheduling needs.
Our Springdale clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with no weekend or holiday hours.
This position is full‑time, 40 hours per week

Minimum Qualifications
- Active Arkansas Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Strong assessment, clinical decision‑making, and treatment planning skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage patient schedules.
- Professional communication skills with patients, providers, and employer clients.
- Experience in occupational health, orthopedic rehab, or work‑injury recovery.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations.
- 3–5 years of physical therapy experience (orthopedic or occupational focus ideal).
- Experience in occupational health or work‑injury recovery.
- Familiarity with return‑to‑work protocols.
- EMR experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
