We are hiring full-time Pediatric Speech Therapists and SLPAs for our multidisciplinary, therapist-owned clinics in Springdale and Rogers.
Our clinic emphasizes collaboration, community support, professional growth, and mentorship

- Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Motivate and support children during therapy
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Document patient care accurately
- Valid Arkansas ST license
- Active Arkansas Medicaid provider or willingness to obtain
- Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for growth
- Spanish speaking skills preferred but not required
- Salary $45,000–$80,000/year
