Description- Assists with research, development, and/or validation of new policies, procedures and/or instruments.
- Manages stock levels, rotation, and monitors expiration.
- Performs laboratory procedures and calculates, transcribes and records test results.
- Prepares and manages specimens for analysis, refers results to Pathology, correlates results and communicates and documents findings.
- Performs Manual Result Review and proficiency testing.
- Performs maintenance procedures on laboratory instruments and/or equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
