Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield seeks a Licensed Masters Social Work Case Manager to support members within Clinical Services and Population Health. The LMSW Case Manager coordinates with departments, providers and community organizations to promote effective, efficient care and service delivery.
Requirements include a Master's in Social Work, active LMSW license, Case Management Certification (or within 3 years), and a valid driver’s license. Arkansas LCSW preferred.
