Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated, licensed massage therapists to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule while working in a supportive and positive environment. Our studio offers a diverse range of clients, providing opportunities for therapists to utilize their unique skills and specialties.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of massage therapy techniques, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massages.
• Customize massage treatments based on individual client needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
• Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to enhance your practice.

Qualifications:

• Valid Arkansas state massage therapy license.
• Strong understanding of different massage modalities and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage your own schedule.
• Professional liability insurance (required).
