Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare facility in Harrisburg, AR, is seeking a skilled Clinical IV Pharmacist for a 3-6 month contract-to-hire opportunity. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with every third weekend on duty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify IV medication orders to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Prepare IV medications in the clean room as needed, adhering to sterile compounding standards
• Perform various clinical duties, including interpreting laboratory results to support patient care
• Provide flexible support across pharmacy functions as required

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an IV pharmacist with strong clinical proficiency
• Current, active pharmacist license in Arkansas
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• Strong ability to read and interpret lab results to guide clinical decisions
• Flexibility and adaptability to assist in various pharmacy areas when necessary

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Every third weekend on call
