We’re hiring a Therapy Team Lead in Springdale, AR who wants to lead with heart, mentor with intention, and shape a culture where clinicians actually thrive.
What You’ll Do (The Lead Experience)- Mentor & Elevate: Guide and support a collaborative team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs without the corporate red tape.
- Drive Clinical Excellence: Champion functional, child-led, play-based therapy that respects each child's individuality.
- Keep Operations Human: Oversee daily clinical flow, caseload balance, and scheduling with an emphasis on therapist burnout prevention.
- Partner with Families: Build real, lasting trust with the caregivers and community partners we serve across Northwest Arkansas.
- Licensed Pediatric Clinician: Active Arkansas OT, PT, or SLP license with pediatric experience.
- Heart-Centered Leader: Proven ability to coach, empower, and uplift a clinical team.
- Systems Thinker: Organized approach to managing compliance, documentation standards, and caseloads.
