Customer Service Representative Needed for Growing Healthcare Company!

Pay- $ plus opportunity for quarterly bonus!

What You’ll DoServe as a key contact for patients, caregivers, and referral sources.

Manage patient intake and verify Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.

Coordinate documentation and setup for medical equipment and respiratory services.

Prepare CMNs, invoices, delivery paperwork, and maintain accurate records.

Resolve patient questions and coordinate with internal and external teams.

Support office operations and equipment requests.

What We’re Looking For High school diploma/GED required.
1+ year of related experience preferred.

Home healthcare, medical billing, patient intake, or insurance verification experience is a plus.

Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and computer systems.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required.

A Few Things to Know May include on-call coverage and occasional home deliveries.

Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Background check and drug screen may be required.
