Summary
Work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to support patients with chronic conditions and/or complex needs according to guidelines established.
Qualifications- Current RN license in good standing (either AR license or multi-state license including AR)
- CPR certification required
- High School diploma or GED equivalent if working in the lab
- Three to four years’ experience preferred
- Ambulatory and/or care management experience preferred
- Current driver’s license in good standing and reliable, insured transportation
Job hours:
Authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
