SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with business functions to drive strategic recruitment results. This position will perform hands‑on, full life‑cycle recruitment while focusing on building early career talent acquisition programs including processes, strategies, and technology.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead in improving processes, resulting in consistent and quality practices and services provided to all candidates and business functions.
  • Responsible for setting clear goals and benchmarks.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to aid in identifying and sourcing qualified talent.
  • Provide creativity in sourcing talent to include job boards, career fairs, social media, workforce centers, non‑profits, schools, military contacts, and other organizations.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment.
  • Develop a pool of qualified talent in advance of a need.
  • Ensure internal management team’s understanding and compliance with all company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Manage recruiting expenses to ensure the department spends within the approved budget.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Recruit for, develop and maintain a vibrant Intern program and subsequent pipeline for early career candidates.
  • Contribute to managing requisitions for other roles as needed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Required
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field AND 3+ years of progressive recruiting experience OR 7+years of progressive recruiting experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruiting strategies and initiatives.
    • Hands‑on experience with sourcing techniques (recruiting on social/texting platforms)
    • High energy and have strong relationship building skills.
    • Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements.
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Preferred
    • University and early career recruitment experience.
    • Knowledge of Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requirements.
    • Bi‑lingual (Spanish/English or Marshallese/English)
