* SUMMARY:
** The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with business functions to drive strategic recruitment results. This position will perform hands-on, full life-cycle recruitment while focusing on building early career talent acquisition programs including processes, strategies, and technology.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Lead in improving processes, resulting in consistent and quality practices and services provided to all candidates and business functions.
* Responsible for setting clear goals and benchmarks.
* Develop and maintain a network of contacts to aid in identifying and sourcing qualified talent.
* Provide creativity in sourcing talent to include job boards, career fairs, social media, workforce centers, non-profits, schools, military contacts, and other organizations.
* Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment.
* Develop a pool of qualified talent in advance of a need.
* Ensure internal management team’s understanding and compliance with all company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
* Manage recruiting expenses to ensure the department spends within the approved budget.
* Analyze the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts and adjust strategy accordingly.
* Recruit for, develop and maintain a vibrant Intern program and subsequent pipeline for early career candidates.
* Contribute to managing requisitions for other roles as needed.
** EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
* ** Required** + Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field AND 3+ years of progressive recruiting experience OR 7+years of progressive recruiting experience. + Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruiting strategies and initiatives. + Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (recruiting on social/texting platforms) + High energy and have strong relationship building skills. + Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements.
+ Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products and Applicant Tracking Systems.
* ** Preferred** + University and early career recruitment experience. + Knowledge of Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requirements. + Bi-lingual (Spanish/English or Marshallese/English)
