Job Description
We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting applicants
- Schedule interviews and handle walk ins
- Greet and assist applicants
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Handle all postings on social media
- Perform all other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is a plus
- Need to be tech savvy
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- work well in a fast pace environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
