Tyson Foods is seeking an HR Advisor to provide process and transactional support for HR systems and processes. This on-site role sits at the Cumming, GA facility with a 1st shift (10:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Mon-Thu).
You will be the first point of contact via Service Now, chat, and phone, assisting with data intake, employee self-service, and LOA navigation. You will monitor HR inboxes, resolve basic requests, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR leaders while maintaining precise data
