IT Consultant, IT Project Manager
Location:
Corporate World Headquarters - Springdale, AR. The selected candidate must be local and available to work in person.
- Plan and provide direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations.
- Work closely with decision-makers to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective solutions for the organization.
- Help to define and implement IT policies, standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide technical direction and recommendations to team members and IS management.
- Understand and ensure compliance with IS standards and methodology.
- Recommend and develop plans for systems development and operations.
- Analyze and interpret systems proposals.
- Evaluate and develop primary and alternative implementation plans, including cross-functional dependencies and integration points.
- Recommend software purchases and support platform roadmap planning.
- Review and advise groups in the selection, usage, and maintenance of technology solutions, with a focus on adoption and user experience.
- Provide direction to vendors and stay current on the latest technologies of the systems supported by the organization to assist in planning necessary IT initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical area. Equivalent work experience may be acceptable.
- 6+ years of experience in Information Systems or related area, within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of multiple technologies, including but not limited to enterprise systems (e.g., case/incident management, workflow platforms, records/document management, or similar systems), Excel, SharePoint, and DBMS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience communicating technical information to non-technical team members, including the ability to translate business needs into system requirements and configurations.
- Ability to work productively in a cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated project delivery or system implementation experience.
- Advanced understanding and experience administering enterprise platforms, including configuring workflows, integrations, and reporting.
- Intellectually curious.
