Customer Service Representative

$18–$20/hour | Full-Time | Springdale, AR (In Person)

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to help customers with orders, questions, troubleshooting, and technical support for telescopes, optics, and other science equipment. Some days you’ll help someone track an order. Other days you’ll help someone get their telescope working before a night under the stars.

No two days are exactly the same - and that’s part of the fun.

• Answer customer questions by phone and email
• Help troubleshoot telescopes, optics, and astronomy gear
• Assist with orders, warranties, and product support
• Keep customer information organized in our CRM and order systems
• Work with our sales and operations teams to solve problems and keep customers happy
• Learn about some really interesting scientific and optical products along the way
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Can juggle multiple tasks without losing track of details
• Like solving problems and figuring out how things work
• Stay calm when things get busy
• Enjoy learning technical products and systems
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on technical skills
• A science background or interest
• Experience with telescopes or astronomy equipment
• Familiarity with optics terminology and components
• A habit of looking up at the night sky and wondering what’s out there
