Partner with HR leadership and IT to identify, scope, and prioritize AI innovation opportunities within HR functions; translate complex AI project requirements into clear deliverables, milestones, and sprint goals for cross‑functional teams; stay current on emerging AI capabilities relevant to HR (e.g., talent analytics, AI‑assisted recruiting, workforce planning tools) and champion their adoption; analyze project risks, costs, and benefits specific to AI implementation efforts and present actionable recommendations to HR and IT leadership. - Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Identify all project stakeholders and establish tailored communication channels, cadences, and progress dashboards; provide regular, transparent status reporting on AI project portfolio performance to HR leadership and key stakeholders; build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with IT, HR leadership, Procurement, and other cross‑functional partners. - Governance, Quality & Continuous Improvement:
Develop and implement quality assurance procedures suited to AI project delivery, including model validation checkpoints and change management reviews; assess and manage change requests, requirements documentation, and scope adjustments to ensure smooth project progression; review and monitor project budgets; recommend adjustments as scope or priorities evolve; conduct thorough project retrospectives and post‑mortems, producing recommendations that capture lessons learned and drive process improvements across the AI PMO;
promote consistent project management standards and Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops) across HR project teams.
- Required:
