Sr Analyst HR Systems

Role Overview

This position is expected to contribute to the execution of high-level support work, providing business-facing customer support and technical and analytical leadership on critical projects. The role will focus on identifying process improvement opportunities, optimizing centralized work, and measuring the delivery of those services in a consistent objective way.

Create, maintain, and ensure quality and integrity of key HR support practices and procedures, including team member transactional activities, compensation plan documents, org management master data, and position management data. Deliver support efforts within established service level agreements to ensure department key performance indicators are met.

This role requires a highly competent individual with advanced computer skills related to HCM systems, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical themes into business-facing language.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Advanced computer skills related to HCM systems
• Highly competent in the use of Excel
• Workday process knowledge, Workday (EIB), and SAP (LSMW) mass load experience highly valued
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• General working knowledge of key HR and Compensation support practices and procedures
• Experience with process documentation, identifying improvement opportunities, and specific measurements to track performance post-implementation
• Proven ability to manage projects within People Operations using the defined Tyson methodology
• Strong analytical, mathematical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and work well in a team environment
