This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor located in Springdale, AR. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations, conducting preventive maintenance, handling maintenance and repair tasks, and troubleshooting issues. Daily tasks will include scheduling and supervising maintenance staff, ensuring equipment is in good working condition, and responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills for managing maintenance staff and coordinating tasks
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in property management or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Technical certification is beneficial
• CPO certified
• EPA license
