Forklift Operator

Staffmark is hiring a reliable Forklift Driver to support a leading wet wipe manufacturer in Springdale, AR. If you have experience operating forklifts and enjoy a fast-paced production environment, this role offers steady work and excellent benefits.

Pay: $18.00/hour

Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights, including scheduled weekends)

• Operate a sit-down forklift to safely move materials
• Palletize and pack finished products
• Assist with production setup and general cleaning
• Work in varied temperature zones (cold, hot, or wet areas)
• Communicate effectively with team members to maintain smooth operations

• Minimum 1 year of recent sit-down forklift experience
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable with standing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive movements
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and attention to detail
