Team Manager Developmental

Position Summary

Acting as a Team Manager at Sam’s Club, you will lead teams across various work groups such as Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, and Freight Flow, ensuring member satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Minimum qualifications:
  • 2+ years of college;
  • or 1 year retail experience with 6 months supervisory experience;
  • or 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience;
  • or 1 year Sam’s Club experience;
  • or 3 years military experience.
• Preferred qualifications:
  • Environmental Compliance or related field;
  • Retail profit and loss statement management experience;
  • Supervisory experience;
  • Warehouse experience with cold chain compliance.

• Annual salary range: $70,000.00 – $95,000.00, plus performance‑based bonuses.
