Mondelēz International is seeking an executive to lead a large field sales organization, translating strategic plans into regional execution across retail channels. You will guide a 1,500-person team, ensure safety and engagement, and drive KPI attainment with a data-driven approach.
You will manage a $1.5B regional P&L, optimize route-to-market, and partner with major retailers (Walmart, Kroger, Target) to deliver brand plans at the shelf. Travel 60% is required.
