• Oversee the daily operations of the store.

• Drive sales while meeting operational and performance goals.

• Previous retail or convenience store management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
