Job Description Arconic is currently in search of Shipping Shift Lead on nights to join our Kawneer Team based in Springdale, Arkansas
.

• Have very strong people skills
• Be an active leader in helping develop a culture of safety, coordinate day to day production and work standards and activities, and help ensure compliance to policies, guidelines and rules.
• Work with department Supervisor and leads to ensure a good working relationship between all departments.
• Must be able to operate all pieces of equipment within the department.
• Must be able to verify box counts and loading requirements.
• Help train new employees.
• Works and communicates with customer service to meet customer needs.
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with co-workers, internal and external suppliers, promoting a teamwork environment.
• Perform pre-startup inspections.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of JDE and showcase queries
• Excellent decision making and leadership skills.
• Must be able to work to operate mobile equipment.
• Must be flexible and able to work any shift when required based on production needs.
• Must be able to work extended hours and weekends.
• Must be team oriented.
• Must possess a high degree of enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
• Must be results oriented with a high level of work intensity.
