A leading provider of aluminum products is seeking an Extrusion Lead to join the BCS Team in Springdale, Arkansas. The successful candidate will drive daily staffing operations, manage training plans, and monitor attendance. Candidates should be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. Preferred qualifications include leadership experience and fluency in JDE, Work Brain, and MS Suite, along with general knowledge of extrusion processes.
