Job Description

Immediate full-time openings for night shift manufacturing positions at Kawneer in Springdale, AR.

Employees receive on average 11 paid holidays and vacation time. Performance pay based on company and individual performance.

• Positions starting at $19.00/hr.
• Night shift schedules vary by department – 12-hour shifts with $1/hr shift differential.
• Performance-based raises after 90 days.
• Day shift schedules vary by department – 12-hour days.
• Kawneer Springdale operates on a continuous operations (Con Ops) schedule with rotating shifts.
• Con Ops schedule alternates between 4 days (48 hours/week) and 3 days (36 hours/week).
• Employees who work the weekend before a short 36-hour week receive 4 gift hours to reach 40 hours.

• Moderate to heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs) individually.
• Ability to kneel and/or stand for extended periods.
• Must pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Certified machine operators or mobile equipment operators encouraged to apply.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification required a sponsorship not available.
