Job Summary:
Our Parts Specialist will be working to locate and sort parts and keep the flow of materials moving along with programming and utilizing our Insulation Cutting Machine. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team and candidates should have strong attention to detail skills.
Salary Range: $19.00 - $28.49 hourly
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
Take incoming calls from our National Account Customers to quote and process parts and service orders.
Maintain the Walmart Munters parts catalog system.
Quote Walmart orders through the Walmart Pulse system.
Work with the National Accounts Project Managers on parts orders for the Refurbish project.
Assist the Service Parts Manager on maintaining proper inventory levels.
Assist our customers with proper parts identification.
Assist with developing a proper contractor network.
Work closely with purchasing dept. on parts orders.
Assist with Shipping and Receiving Forklift operator.
Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Picks, packs, and processes outgoing shipments in a proficient, safe, and efficient manner.
Receives, inspects, and processes incoming shipments
Assemblies, label trims, cuts, and general maintenance work as needed
Uses scales, counting equipment and printers
Performs quality checks and inspection of items in warehouse
Data entry, processing, and reporting
Organizes and priorities workload, working within tight deadlines
Thinks creatively and suggests process improvements to management
Prepares regular and periodic reports describing activity
Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving department.
Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
HVAC Preferred Customer Service experience
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Basic Hand Tool experience
Ability to use a tape measure
Basic Computer Skills – MS Suite Ability to lift, stand, bend, walk and push up to 40 pounds daily
Strong Attention to DetailHS Diploma or Equivalent Physical Demands:
Frequently stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, climb, maneuver, stoop, squat, grasp, reach and carry, or otherwise move objects exerting up to 75 pounds force
Daily walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing for sustained periods of time, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
